Guest Relations Officer Car Rental

Salary Dependant on Experience + Commission + Overtime

Be the face and the “go-to” person for this well-known Car Rental Agency. We are looking for a professional, responsible, and mature person meet and greet customers, handle any problems or queries and ensure outstanding customer service. You will need to be impeccably groomed, well-spoken, fluent in English and Afrikaans, be able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment. It will be a huge advantage if you have previous Car Rental experience, otherwise, we would consider cabin crew, hotel guest relations, or any similar customer-facing experience.

***Please note that this position requires shift work, and you will be working over the festive season. (Either Christmas or New Year)***
