Hatfield, Pretoria: RECEPTIONIST FOR LAW FIRM
Minimum Requirements:
-Young, presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female, preferably aged approximately 20 - 30 years
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English (Afrikaans first language a must)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Reception experience in a professional and corporate environment A MUST, preferably at a law firm
-Extremely well presented and professional
-No visible tattoos or body piercings
-Non smoker
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
-Stable employment record A MUST! (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record, long term employment at previous employers etc.)
-Contactable References
-No previous lawful termination/dismissal at previous employers
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Reception for law firm
-Switchboard operation
-General administration
Salary: R 10 000.00 gross (Depending on experience)
