Hatfield, Pretoria: RECEPTIONIST FOR LAW FIRM
Minimum Requirements:
-Young, presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female, preferably aged 20 - 30 years
-Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Recent reception experience a must, specifically in a professional and corporate environment a must (preferably at a law firm)
-Extremely well presented and professional
-No visible tattoos or body piercings
-Non smoker
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
-Stable employment record A MUST (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record, long term employment at previous employers etc.)
-Contactable References
-No previous lawful termination/dismissal at previous employers
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Reception for law firm
-Switchboard operation
-General administration
Salary: ± R 7 000.00 - R 8 000.00 gross (negotiable depending on experience)
