Hazelwood, Pretoria East: LITIGATION ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional (female preferred)
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-LLB Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 4 years recent post admission experience in High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation (Key Requirement – NOT negotiable)
-Independently functional
-Stable employment record
-Contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation
-General Litigation matters (e.g. Civil Law matters, Divorces, Debt Collection, Contracts etc.)
-Court appearances
-General Attorney duties
Salary: R 25 000.00 – R 30 000.00 gross maximum (depending on post admission experience)
