HEAD CHEF & ASSISTANT F & B MANAGER COUPLE KZN MIDLANDS

This picturesque country hotel in the KZN Midlands is looking for a couple who are experienced in working in hotels with conference/wedding facilities. Breakfasts, pub lunches, pub dinners, restaurant a la carte (50 pax) and several functions during the month (50 pax).

We need an experienced Head / Senior Sous Chef
AND an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.

You should both have matric, a formal qualification in your chosen field and at least 3 years management experience as a chef or assistant F & B manager respectively at 3 – 4 star level.

You should have a consistent work record, valid traceable work references, prepared to work normal hotel hours (including weekends, public holidays etc when required).

Market related salary with live in accommodation offered.
