Salary: R16k per month + % of revenue if target reached

About the Role:
Great opportunity available for a Head Chef with French Cuisine experience at an established upmarket establishment in Gardens.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years Head Chef experience
French Cuisine essential
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an upmarket dining establishment as a Head Chef
Culinary Diploma

Duties:
Manage an existing team, and enhance the current standards in place
Come up with new dishes which appeal to the clients
Create function menus for clients interested in contracting the food for different events
Establish the working schedule and organize the work in the kitchen so that everything works
Maintain order and discipline in the kitchen during working hours
Produce high quality dishes
Strong hygiene standards
