Head Chef / Senior Sous Chef KZN Midlands

We are looking for a culinary all-rounder with at least 4 years experience at senior sour chef /head chef level to work at this delighful property in the KZN Midlands.

In charge of a kitchen that serves guests’ breakfasts, pub lunches, pub dinners, restaurant a la carte (50 pax) and several functions during the month (50 pax).

You should ideally have a formal culunary qualification, sound kitchen & staff management experience including IR.
Menu planning and costing. Stock control, purchasing and hygiene / food safety –HACCP management. Excellent communication skills as you will be expected to interact with the guests.
Staff motivation and training experience.
English home language and isiZulu would be an added advantage.
