The restaurant offers a relaxed casual, gastro style menu – modern and delicious. The perfect individual is a focussed, operationally strong leader with exceptional culinary and management skills.

Operating Hours: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Appointment Requirements:

• A qualification in professional cookery
• All Vaccinations must be up to date
• Previous experience as Head Chef in a sophisticated but relaxed environment
• Able to produce relaxed casual food, modern and delicious
• Excellent operational and leadership skills essential
• Menu design, costing and strong financial acumen
• Great communication skills on all levels
• Creative approach to food and innovative cooking style
• Strong inventory control
• Adaptable to change
