Pick Me Recruitment is looking for an Experienced Head Chef that is able take charge of the overall kitchen operations and running of a sophisticated restaurant in the Winelands.

The perfect candidate is someone with a strong fine dine background and exceptional culinary skills with a love for food, experience in running and managing local or international top-end restaurants, quality driven, a leader, stable and able to perform under pressure.

Minimum Requirements & Key Responsibilities:

• A formal culinary education
• Matric
• Previous experience as an Executive Chef at a top-end local or international restaurant
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Excellent control of food cost, wastage and kitchen preparation
• Supplier liaison and inventory control
• Ongoing staff training and development
• Ensure all OHASA and Covid-19 regulations are met

Remuneration
R25 000 ctc – R30 000 ctc • Depending on experience
Plus Financial incentives based on performance
