5 years Hotel Cuisine Management / Head Chef experience required.

Chefs qualification - 3 year Diploma

Requirements:
Training of Hotel Kitchen Staff experience
Computer Literate
Menu compilation & planning
Be a strong leader
Great planning and organisational skills
Passion for food and cooking
Ability to plan and organize
An eye for detail and presentation
Experience of stock control and food portioning
Understanding of cost controls and budget lines
Hands on approach
Sensitive to cultural issues/ patient with team members
Ability to provide strong and supportive leadership to kitchen & scullery team
Excellent social and interpersonal skills

Good eye for detail
Flexible attitude and willing to take on tasks as necessary
Able to interact with guests and behave appropriately

Salary R 23 000 - R 25 000 including accommodation and company benefits.
