Your LLB/relevant legal degree plus 10+ years in financial services compliance makes you well placed to take on this strategic role in a fast paced, performance driven environment. The ideal candidate needs to be certified by the FSCA preferable category 1, 2 and 2A. Other added qualifications such as Compliance and Commercial law will be advantageous.

Use your expertise in FAIS, FICA, CISCA, Reg 28 etc to guide the organisation from a regulatory point of view, mitigate risk, avoid monetary loss and foster sound relationships with all regulators.
