Your key job responsibilities as the Head of VIP in Prague, Czech Republic will include:

- Overseeing the VIP operations for online Casino brands
- Managing the VIP team focusing on Account Management, Sales, Retention, Affiliates and VIP Customer Services
- Maintenance and rollout of the VIP programme
- Create and implement a VIP system
- Manage the High-Value VIP business
- Manage finances allocated to VIP events
- Enhance customer experience across all VIP venues
- Manage the VIP focused Sales and Retention Teams
- Manage the VIP programme and agents entirely

Requirements for this Head of VIP job in Prague, Czech Republic:

- 7+ years minimum relevant Casino industry experience
- Work experience in a customer service environment, VIP customer is an advantage
- Staff/Agent management is a must
- Passionate about eGaming and knowledge of Casino products
- Attentive to detail with a spontaneous relationship building skill
- Commercial acumen, with an analytical approach
- Organised and proactive
- Committed to provide an outstanding service to the most valuable customers
