One of South Africa's largest banks is looking for a senior sales manager to Head up the Outbound Sales Division.

Reporting to the Executive Head of Sales, you be responsible for the strategic and operational output of an Outbound Sales Call Centre within the Financial Services sector.

As a leader of of managers and leading multiple teams you are the ideal candidate if you have led an Outbound Call Centre successfully within the banking, insurance or high-volume sales sector and you are innovative in introducing sales strategies and deploying cost saving initiatives.

Ideally you will have a tertiary business qualification and additional certificates in sales or sales strategy.
