Job Description:

You will manage key health accounts and clients with the purpose of maintaining these relationships in support of the company’s business development. Our health solutions are currently impacting more than 16 million patients across Africa. You could be playing a valuable part in sustaining our impact.
You will have routine engagements with our clients to assess satisfaction level and system functioning, and ensure client queries are adequately addressed by the support team.
You will be accountable for managing the cadence, governance, and outputs of Account Management meetings (minutes, deliverable reports, billing reports, etc). You will work with all the different business functions to coordinate client workshops and package deliverables as well as driving client success across all the different teams (sales, commercial, marketing, technology, and operations).
In support of company’s business development, you will have to present and demonstrate an applied understanding of all our products and platforms, as well as an understanding of business models, pricing and value propositions of these products and platforms. You will work with the sales teams in coordinating sales activities to existing clients. This will include identifying and developing new sales opportunities; clearly and effectively communicating our value proposition; drive sales in line with targets; and generating proposals, reports and projections. From time to time you will be responsible for promoting the company at selected conferences and exhibitions.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in managing detailed account processes
Channel management experience
A bachelor’s degree in business or any other relevant field
Sales and relationship management skills
Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided
Analytical thinking skills
High attention to detail
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Willingness to work long hours from time to time and travel across South Africa
