Health and Safety Manager (Open to all)
• Germiston (but will be required to move and work at different sites)
• Salary R25000 P/M

Introduction
To maintain the Health & Safety of a civil engineering concern which include Risk Management, Induction and Auditing

Duties & Responsibilities
• Maintain H&S monthly registers
• Present and attend Quarterly Committee meetings
• Conduct H&S and Security risk assessments
• Access control & induction
• Training of staff in H&S matters
• One direct report

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• OHS audit results
• Group SHEP audit results
• Housekeeping
• Incidents records

Desired Experience & Qualification
Educational level or equivalent:
• Minimum Matric
Professional experience:
• 5 years’ experience in H&S whereof 3 in senior officer/manager position
• Strong administrative skills
• Construction/Mining Exposure
• Member of the SACPCMP

Specific training or accreditations:
• Accredited training on OHSA
• Fulfilled function as H&S Representative
• Excel intermediate level

• Clear Credit and Criminal checks
• Validation of Highest Level of Education
• Two Valid References
• South African citizenship
• Valid South African driver’s license
