• Grade 12
• 5 years’ experience preferably in the Coal/ Chrome industry
• SAMTRAC Qualified or equivalent
• Degree/diploma in SHEQ management
• Experience working at Anglo American sites as well as South 32
• Valid driver's license.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
• Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines
• Ability in producing reports and developing relevant policies
• Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
