My client, a leader in the Forklift Industry, is striving to make the company a safer place to work through the appointment of a new Health & Safety Officer.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be the 16.2 appointment and you will be responsible for coordinating, supporting and advising the company on all aspects regarding Health & Safety. You will develop, establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communications, training and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with Health & Safety are adhered to, all records are maintained and that all legislations and regulations are met.

As the ideal candidate you are:
- A South African born citizen
- You have completed a OHS National Diploma or Degree
- You have a professional membership with an associated regulatory body
- You have 2+ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment OR within the forklift industry.
