Hermanstad, Pretoria West: DISPATCH SUPERVISOR
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presented and professional
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must
-Minimum 3 years merchandising dispatch experience a must (preferably in a supervisory / managerial capacity)
-Able to manage personnel and capable of following company’s administrative procedures
-Strong leadership skills, detailed orientated and dedicated team leader
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Supervision and administration of all aspects related to picking, checking and loading of Distribution Centre stock
-Manage sales orders
-Ensure that products are picked and stored in an organized manner as per designated areas and/or cages
-Respond to orders efficiently so that products are picked and dispatched in timely manner
-Ensure that all stock is merchandised in correct bin locations in warehouse
-Assist in stock counts of complete warehouse inventory
-Manage Distribution Centre assistants and follow disciplinary procedures where necessary
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (Market relation)
