What You’ll Be Responsible For
Operations & Financial Management
• Oversee the performance of key complementary and ancillary services
• Drive operational efficiency and profitability
• Lead strategic business planning and best-practice implementation
Quality & Compliance
• Elevate patient care through clinical quality systems
• Ensure ISO certification and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Lead root cause analyses and action plans for continuous improvement
People Leadership
• Build and empower high-performing teams
• Drive transformation and workforce planning
• Lead training, performance management, and employee relations processes
Doctor Engagement
• Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals
• Implement strategies to attract and retain top medical talent
Growth & Marketing Strategy
• Analyse market trends and competition
• Strengthen the hospital’s community presence and visibility
Financial Oversight
• Manage budgets and capital expenditure
• Lead revenue growth and cost optimisation initiatives
Governance & Risk
• Conduct business risk assessments
• Ensure ethical standards and legal compliance across operations
What You’ll Need to Bring
• Postgraduate qualification in Commerce, Health Sciences, Engineering, or related field
• A Hospital Manager Development Programme certificate is a plus
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in private healthcare
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, systems, and best practices
• Confident in using MS Office and hospital management software
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for business
