To assume responsibility for the daily operations of all the 5 star Game Lodge accommodation in a splendid Big5 game reserve, ensuring maximum profitability, achieiving  five-star guest experience and effective management the lodge management teams. Supportive role to the senior management team.

Key Focus Areas - General Management
Maintain and ensure the goodwill of the lodge property, that set company standards are upheld and maintained, lodge personnel meet company standards and lodge management structure is streamlined and effective and in line with hospitality trends

Other responsibilities include: Staff management & skills development, communication and systems, human resource and community involvement, financial compliance. Emphasis on detail and finishing touches in service delivery.

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (essential)
Degree/Diploma in Management/Finance/Tourism (advantageous)
At least 5 years’ experience in senior Game Lodge Management positions and prepared to work in a remote bush environment
MS Office Suite
Proven track record of having made targets
Valid code 08 driver’s license & own reliable transport
