Stunning luxury boutique hotel on the Dolphin Coast KZN is looking for an Hotel Duty Manager with all-round 4/5 star hotel management experience of at least 4 years.

Must have front of house, F&B, back of house including housekeeping knowledge /experience.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric plus a formal qualification in Hotel Management
Excellent communication skills as you will interact with all guests and staff, suppliers etc.
Great with all types of people from all backgrounds and cultures
Excellent command of English (other languages will be an advantage)
High energy levels and enthusiasm about working in the industry which includes long hours when hotel is busy
Computer literate (includes Opera and Micros) Microsoft Word and Excel
Own transport  with valid unendorsed driver’s licence

Will definitely suit a person living in the Ballito/Dolphin area and someone who knows the area well

Good admin skills which includes stocktakes and ordering stock
Experience dealing with local and international guests
Of clean sober habits with a good work history and valid traceable work references
