House Manager Blue Hills Midrand – EE position

Our client is looking for an experienced House Manager with 5 years relevant experience in managing a house and its staff working at the house.

Salary Negotiable – Can stay in or stay out EE Position ONLY

Job description
Responsible for smooth running of the household large house 2500 sqm
Oversee and supervise the following staff like Housekeepers, Gardeners, Chefs, Drivers and Security
Manage and assess staff performance.
Coordination of staff leave and management of their roster.
Manage the kitchen and ensure that it is always clean and tidy.
Oversee the family meals that are prepared by the chef and ensure they are always up to standard.
Oversee the vegetable garden and ensure it is always being well maintained.
Manage access control to the property.
Manage the stocktaking, inventory management and groceries shopping.
Manage the maintenance of the property and all its equipment.
Manage the children’s schedules and calendars. i.e. Their extra mural activities such as tennis etc.
Oversee the work of any contractors on the property
Take care of all guests and Household events planning
Run any errands on behalf of the family
