Sovereign Foods is looking for an individual to assume the responsibilities of HR Admin Clerk in the HR department based at the Hartbeespoort Operations. An NQF Level 4 certificates with 2 years’ experience in Administration and Time and Attendance within a FMCG environment is a requirement. A qualification in Human Resources Management will be an added benefit. The position carries a TASK Grade of T05. The successful incumbent will report directly to the Senior HR Manager.

RESULTS REQUIRED:
• Research and resolve time and attendance problems, perform scheduled activities, and liaison with service providers (EOH).
• Prepare and maintain accurate time and attendance records.
• Work closely with TES Provider in tracking enrolments and do positive verifications.
• Process payroll and maintain payroll information as required: Date entry for all time and attendance and personnel transactions such as new hire, termination, leave of absence, etc.
• Responsible for all HR Administration and Ad-Hoc reports.
• Responsible for recruitment of T01-T04.
