HR Admin
Our client is seeking to employ an HR Administrator
Duties:
HRBP Calendar Management:
Scheduling of appointments including:
6 week catch-ups
Internal 3 month probation reviews
Capture internal movements of staff moves
Log staff moves with EMS, Service desk
Offer letters
Job change letters
Probation sign off
Settling in and probation review documentation
Employee contracts
Assistance with completion of forms
Capturing of loan database
Sending to payroll
Book exist admin meeting with the HRBP
Log termination on EMS
Essential Requirements:
Knowledge and experience using all MS Office applications - Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
Matric/ Grade 12 or equivalent
At least 2 years proven relevant HR Administration experience
Knowledge of the relevant labour legislation affecting HR administration (BCEA, LRA and SDA)
Experience in using HR Admin/ Payroll Systems
Relevant HR qualification
Experience working on VIP people software
