HR Assistant with minimum 1 years’ relevant HR experience required for a 6 month temp assignment with an Auditing Firm, based in Cape Town City Bowl.

Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12 essential
• HR qualification highly advantageous
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in an HR Department required
• Excellent administrative and communication skills essential

Responsibilities:
• HR Administration
• Time sheet administration and
• Onboading processing of new employees
• Assist HR Manager with contract management
• Administration of cleaning staff
• Corporate social responsibility – organising social events with the HR Manager
• Functions – Assist HR Manager in arranging functions, in-house celebratory events, etc
