HR Administrator/Processing Consultant
Johannesburg

Learning and Development
• Administration of study assistance applications
• Administration and filing of training records
• BBBEE audit document coordination and administration
• Administration and consolidating of ATR and WSP for submission
• Consolidation and reporting on monthly trainings online and classroom based
• Monthly reporting on all captured training
HR Governance, Reporting and Administration
• Preparing and submission of monthly payroll input.
• Processing and updating employee contracts on staff list
• Processing and updating employee movements on staff list
• Follow up on changes so that they are timely activated. Maintain Internal Movement form as well as the employee file.
• Submission of job requisitions and sign off coordination with internal stakeholders.
Payroll, Compensation and Benefits
• Produce and submit all payroll input on time.
• Update staff list with exits and entries on a monthly basis and submit by the 10th of each month (payroll cut-off).
• Having a high level of access to confidential and business information and expected to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion regarding all matters, data and documents.
• Coordinate and processing of applications for employees applying for temporary and permanent disability. This includes facilitating process between manager, employee and our internal Claims team
• Assist in disciplinary processes – coordinating and an HR representative in Disciplinary Hearings and Grievance hearings.
• Compiling disciplinary letters and meeting with the line manager and employee
Recruitment and Onboarding
• Coordinate job requisition approvals to get them signed off and approved
• Prepare job advert and distribute advert accordingly
• Make sure that all job descriptions are updated before adverts are released
• Arrange interviews with the candidates and panel
• Compile feedback for successful and unsuccessful candidates
• Conduct all necessary checks
• Prepare offer letters and contracts outlining conditions of service for new employees.
Talent and Performance Management
• Obtain nominations from Processing Manco for Cornerstone award winners on a monthly basis
• Submit online nominations for Endeavour Awards
• Issue Zarkas and certificates to our winners each month
• Share information with Marketing to publish in What's the Buzz - new employees, compliments

Qualifications, Skills and Experience.
• Graduate from University or Technikon or be studying towards a degree / diploma having completed the first year of studies
• Minimum 2 years in the processing and administration industry
• MS Office and PC literate
• Must be organised and have the right administrative skills
