We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator/ Resourcer to join a busy HR team. The position is permanent. The successful candidate will be actively involved in the smooth processing and analysis of Resource Administration activities and be the first point of contact for all Recruitment related enquiries

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for any resourcing and recruitment enquiries
• Handle confidential information including maintaining the internal HR Employee Database for payroll and archive
• Recruitment experience will be an advantage
• Maintain employee records and contract documentation
• The ability and drive to work on their own initiative and also as part of a wider team
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
• Carry out other ad hoc duties or projects where required
• Accurate input and recording all training records.
