HR Assistant

International Company in Port Elizabeth is looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join their team.

Minimum Requirements:
Must have Human Resources / Labour Relations / Psychology Qualification or equivalent
Must have at least 3 years experience in a generalist HR Environment / Industry
Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Must be computer literate.

Duties:
Recruitment and Recruitment administration
Payroll and Payroll administration
Disciplinary and Performance Management
Hearings and Union meetings
Health and Safety
Control and administration of staff training
Learnerships
Teambuilding
Managing medical aids for company staff etc.

Salary is highly negotiable and market related.
