Location: Durbanville, Cape Town

About the Role:
Opportunity available for a Senior HR business partner who is passionate about people, talent sourcing, training and development and organisational development. The objective of this position is to align, implement, manage and facilitate all HR activities that will support the functioning of the departments, driving high-performance standards, align with company strategic goals and best practices. Most importantly to ensure that all labour legislative requirements are met and driving company culture aligned with the business vision.

Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12
Degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology / HR
Knowledge of applicable legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, BEE, SDA, POPI, Immigration Act)
Minimum of 7 years’ HR generalist experience
Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience
Minimum of 5 years of industrial relations experience
Own vehicle and driver’s licence

Duties:
Strategic HR support to business
Legislative requirements implementation (COID, BCEA, LRA, IR, POPI, AARTO)
Employment equity management
Skills development/training and development management, including ATR and WSP submissions.
Health and safety management
Recruitment and induction
Training and development (including WSP and ATR submissions)
Performance management
Payroll and benefits management
Policies and procedure administration
Record K& statistics
Organisational development
CCMA cases, industrial relations, dispute resolution, investigations
