Descriptions:

Act as an advisor on the full spectrum of HR.
To consult with leaders on the current state of the company and its people and development
needs. Help leaders identify the desired future state and appropriate actions to take on.
To act as the first point of contact for employment related enquiries.
Conduct onboarding and off boarding.
Run payroll.
Annual EE and Seta reporting.
Performing HR admin tasks including preparing employment documentation.
Drive and facilitate performance management, talent management, employee development
and succession planning.
Provide day to day performance management guidance to managers (coaching, counselling,
career development, disciplinary action).
Drive and facilitate a high performance and continuous improvement culture.
Other HR responsibilities where requested.

Qualifications:

Honours or Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology or equivalent. 
Registered Industrial Psychologist or Psychometrist. 
2 years relevant experience in business partnering including: 
Design, development and implementation of training and development programmes. 
HR consulting i.e. recruitment, performance development and management and labour 
relations. 
Demonstrated experience partnering with clients on solving business/operational issues through the application of progressive people system practices.
Experience working in a medium to large organisation/consulting experience.
You’re organised, have great attention to detail and excellent time management.
You like being part of and contributing to a team, but can work independently.
