Position: HR Controller
Location: Port Elizabeth

Requirements:
• Grade 12
• HR Degree
• Minimum 5 years’ HR experience
• Minimum 5 years’ IR experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Automotive industry experience will be an advantage
• Experience with CCMA / DRC
• Valid drivers license and own transport

Responsibilities:
• Manage Payroll Administrator
• Oversee payroll system
• Ensure accurate record keeping of all employees
• Staff welfare
• Responsible to oversee all company recruitment
• Manage skills development and training needs
