HRDM will be :
Responsible for the process managing the training and development function and formulate HRD strategies, policies, standards and guidelines, implantation and continuous improvement of the HRD system.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Education & Experience)

• Grade 12
• Degree in Human Resource Development/B Tech ODETDP(Level 7)
• Certificates: Blasting and Mine Overseers (advantageous)
• Management development programme certificate (advantageous)
• 10 Years’ experience in Training and Development / OD / Transformation/ HR Processes in Mining industry
• Valid code B/EB driver license
