HR Generalist (AA only)
Our client is a manufacturing concern and is looking for an HR Generalist with 5 years plus experience.
Salary: R30000 CTC P/M
Area: Umhlanga, KZN
Duties:
• Matric and Relevant HR qualifications
• 5 Years HR Generalist experience and exposure to a manufacturing environment
• Manage all HR policies & procedures report to the HR Manager
• Manage staff in the HR department
• Manage and/or oversee the attraction and recruitment of all new employees
• Support delivery and development of HR policies
• People development and career opportunities
• Learning and Development
• Proven experience managing health & safety, quality systems, and audits.
• Excellent knowledge of H&S, act as the champion and coach
• Proven people leader with effective communication and relationship skills
• Passionate about continuous improvement and driving quality culture

Requirements
• Strong personality – enough to deal with Shop Stewards and Unions
• Matric and Relevant HR qualifications
• 5 Years HR Generalist experience
• Preferable from a manufacturing environment with lots of Shop Steward handling experience
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be someone who gets stuff done and doesn’t clock watch
• To start around 10 Jan
• Good customer service – actually EXCELLENT
• Good communicator
• Professional – takes pride in their job
• Must be fairly strong in IR
• Must learn things quickly
