Currently sourcing and recruiting on behalf of a large corporate concern specializing in customer services/Financial for a HR Generalist vacancy to be based in Durban.

Educational Requirements:
Grade 12
Relevant Tertiary
Knowledge of Multiple Human Resource disciplines
Compensation practices
Employee relations
Experience with Sage people 300 and VIP

Duties and Responsibilities:
The HR Generalist should have strong IR and HR experience
build strong and meaningful relationships with staff
best suited to a candidate who can adapt easily to ever changing environments.
Conduct weekly meetings and consult with management
Provide HR guidance
Manage employee relations
Provide HR policy guidance & interpretation
Previous experience as an HR Generalist
Strong IR knowledge and experience
Ability to build strong relationships with employees
Recruitment of staff on all levels
Strong emotionally
Willing to learn and grow in career Initiative to reach out and build relationship with colleagues in HR based in other regions
Must be willing to travel and spend days at other branches
Must be structured and process driven
