HR Generalist Ottery

Well-established manufacturing client is looking for an HR Generalist with 5+ years experience. Must have manufacturing environment experience.

Salary: Market Related CTC (Medical aid and Provident fund incl)

Minimum Requirements:
• A relevant degree or equivalent
• 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist role in a manufacturing environment
• Must have Payroll experience
• Good knowledge of Labour relations
• Able to complete and submit Employment Equity reports

Key duties:
• Conduct employee onboarding and help
• Complete and submit Employment Equity reports
• Organize training & development initiatives including WSP/ATR Submission.
• Assisting with recruitment function
• Full administration of Payroll information submission and party payments.
• Overseeing and assisting with all staff benefits
• Assist with Disciplinary functions including warnings, counselling and hearings,
• Day-to-Day HR administration and queries
• Staff counseling and guidance
• HR Projects
