HR & IR MANAGER

Purpose: The role serves as a senior support role to the management on site.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ Years HR Management experience
• HR experience within FMCG / Manufacturing environment
• Dealing with 100+ employees
• Knowledge of Labour laws (BCEA, EEA, SDA, LRA)
• Advanced MS Office (Strong Excel)
• Human Resources management / Industrial Relations Management Degree
• Must reside in/or near the area or be willing to relocate
