• 3 year degree / diploma in Human Resources Management
• 10 years HR experience at a senior level, gained preferably in a manufacturing & unionised environment
• Computer Skills (MS Office / SAP, Visio and MindManager)
• Knowledge of applicable Company policies
• Knowledge of Company Benefit Funds
• Report writing Skills
• Knowledge of the Codes of Good Practice on BBBEE / EE Legislation and applicable Company policies.
• Knowledge of pertinent Legislation and Policies
• Must be prepared to travel
