MAIN JOB PURPOSE
Reporting into the CEO (dotted line to the Group HR Executive), the incumbent will be responsible for the execution of Business Unit HR strategy in line with the Organisational strategy. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of key HR deliverables including but not limited to:
HR Strategy Execution
Recruitment and Selection
Training and Development
Remuneration and Benefits
Reporting and Compliance
The incumbent must be able to work in a highly pressurised and high performance-driven environment and to travel from time to time, as required. The ambition to help drive the growth of a young company is essential so performance management is key to this role.
