The potential candidate must be willing to work extra hours and continually develop and train the staff compliant. Duties include:
Health & Safety (Training First Aiders as well as Health & Safety Reps, First Aid Kits, Documentation, Certification and Meetings)
Dealing with all IR Issues (Disciplinary Procedures etc)
Forecasting, Risk Compliance and Governance, Performance Management, Reporting, Development, HR Management and Talent Acquisition

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology
2 Years Relevant Experience
Knowledge of Health & Safety
Knowledge of IR
Management Experience
