Job Description:

Managing all round HR information for all companies
Payroll for about 200 monthly and fortnightly employees
Compiling of salary and bonus budgets on a yearly basis
Compiling of training budget on a yearly basis
Submitting yearly Return of Earnings
Submission of bi-yearly EMP501 and IRP5’s
Monthly submission of PAYE and UIF declarations
BEE/EE documents compiling with agents yearly
Industrial Relations and Employee Relations
Assisting employees in general issues pertaining the employment relationship
Provide guidance and advice to employees on policies and procedures
Responsible for arranging and assisting with Disciplinary and Incapacity Hearings
Representing company at the CCMA
Working with bargaining councils and unions to assure compliance with regulations
Writing and implementing Yearly Performance Appraisals
Updating employee folders and ensuring that all relevant documentation are in place
Managing Staff Leave
Responsible for Employment Contracts, Annexures and Policies
Evaluating and updating Job Description
Drafting agreements
Recruitment and Selection
Monitoring, evaluation and implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations in the workplace
Compiling of WSP/ATR for submission at SETA’s
Skills Development Facilitation
Arranging and implementing training interventions
COIDA – Handling any incidents and submission of documentations

Qualifications:

HR degree or equivalent
Minimum 3 years HR experience
SARS ****@*****.*** and e-filing experience
Sound knowledge of Labour Law and Discipline
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Experience in working with Pastel Payroll
MIBCO experience advantageous
