HR MANAGER

Our client is looking for a Human Resource Manager to support the Head of Programmes & Operations by leading the HR function, and developing HR services from an operational and strategic perspective.
Purpose: To contribute to the attainment of the overall strategic business and objectives through effective leadership and management of the HR function at the company.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
? Three years proven experience in an HR senior position, including high performance in the full range of human resource management activities (recruitment and selection, performance management, development, talent management, reward, employee relations etc.)
? Must be based in Hazyview / surrounding and able to travel between the company’s offices
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Staff Development and Performance Management
? Systems and Policies Development and Implementation
? Entry Management
? Planning, Budgeting and Reporting
? Exit Management
? Staff Management
? Learning & Development
? Sign correspondences regarding human resources and management matters where required
? Review and Payrolls
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Degree in Human Resources Management / Organizational Behavior / or Related field.
