Job Description:
Support transformation processes
Support the compilation of data for the submission of EE and BBBEE plans
Resolve IR issues effectively within reasonable timeframes
Manage employee relations in line with labour legislation and with support from the ER Manager
Absenteeism Management
Identify the need for learnerships and bursaries and assess workplace readiness and learner suitability for learnerships
Draft and Implement the Training Plan
Compile the annual Workplace Skills Plan and annual training report and submit to SETA within deadlines
Track and reconcile levy payments and grant rebates
Provide general administration to support the productivity of HR
Qualifications:
Grade 12 with National Diploma in Human Resources
3 to 4 years HR Admin experience in a Manufacturing Environment
Minimum 3 years previous experience in working with SETA Learnerships and Bursaries
2 Years previous experience in Industrial Relations
Exposure to Sage 300 People would be beneficial
Proficient in MS Excel
Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organising skills with the ability to prioritise duties according to deadlines
