Responsibilities:
Perform various HR Systems and Administrative functions:
Ensure absolute payroll integrity in line with HR strategy and company policy
Prepare appointment documentation
Ensure recruitment and selection processes are conducted in terms of company procedures:
Ensure positions are budgeted
Obtain approval before filling positions
Coordinate training and development processes:
Coordinate Employment Relations processes:
Assist line management and employees with labour relations advice regarding policies and procedures
Assist line management and employees with disciplinary processes and grievance procedures

Requirements:
Relevant degree / National Diploma
Advanced computer skills
3 Years relevant experience in HR and Payroll environment
Excellent communication skills in the local business language
Must be able to work accurately with absolute integrity
Excellent working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and MS Office packages
Must be in possession of a valid Driver’s License (Code 8)
Must possess good payroll analytical problem-solving skills
