Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology (desirable)
Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
Driver’s license
HR administration experience (3-5 years)
HR processes and procedures (3-5 years)
Experience of designing and writing HR policies, procedures, offers (3-5 years) and contracts of employment (3-5 years)Experience of using HR Information Systems (3-5 years)
Experience of report writing (3-5 years)
South Africa labour and employment legislation
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labour relations, and personnel information Systems
Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office
