Human Resources Officer position available in Coega PE within the automotive manufacturing industry.

Candidates are required to have a degree in human resources or related qualifications (This is a MUST); Strong IR (Industrial Relations – Unions and union actions) background; At least 5 years’ experience as an HR Officer (This is a MUST); Well experienced in conflict management in the work place.

Support Manager in a constructive manner, ensuring that the internal department relationships are properly maintained. Exposure to Labour Law and employment equity regulations. Effective HR administration and people management skills. Exposure to payroll practices. Full understanding of HR functions and the best implementation thereof. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools. Fantastic organizational, time management and Priority Setting skills.

Basic salary of R 25 000.00 to R 30 000.00 on offer, Medical Aid Allowance R1000.00, Travel Allowance R2000.00 and Cell Allowance R 500.00.
