Position: HR & Payroll Administrator
Type: Permanent
Location: Durban
Salary: Market Related (Depending on Experience and Qualifications)

Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role with relevant certificate / diploma
• Must have 2 contactable references
• Excellent communication skills
• Be a team player
• Well presented
• Well spoken
• Problem solver
• Be able to work in pressurized environment
• Self-motivated individual
• Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail.
• Patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable
• Respect the importance of confidentiality
• Excellent organization skills
• Analytical minded
• Good understanding of SARS / UIF & WCA online systems and procedures
• Use of any Time Attendance system will be advantageous
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong Mathematical skills
• Good time management skills
• Good understanding of Bargaining Council (NBCCI) and Provident fund procedures
• Fluent in Microsoft Office
• Extensive current knowledge of Payroll Systems / ESS / Efiling / Easyfile
• Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
• Own vehicle and valid drivers’ license
