Position: HR/Payroll Administrator (Motor Industry)
Area: Kuruman / Postmasburg
Salary: R16 000 to R18 000pm, Provident Fund, Medical Aid + Company Car

REQUIREMENTS:
? Grade 12
? Hr Diploma / Degree
? Previous HR / Payroll experience using VIP Payroll essential.
? Knowledge of the motor industry preferred.
? Be fully bilingual must speak an African Language Fluently
? Be well-presented and well-spoken.
? Driver’s License
? No previous Criminal record
? Must be prepared to travel

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Salaries and HR Function of employees on payroll using VIP Payroll.
? Experience with MIBCO will be to your advantage.
? Accounting and loading of payments.
? Monthly insurance invoices.
? Payment of invoices.
? Capture inter-company invoices.
? Cash book.
? Salary journals Pay management fees monthly.
? Handle monthly rental invoices, and payments for levies, parking, W&E.
? Do Mibco recons and submitting.
? Medical reconciliations.
? Salary journals.
? Capture leave forms on VIP.
? Capturing payroll on VIP.
? Print reports and email to accountants.
? Administrate maternity leave and submit claims.
? Balance all inter- company accounts.
? Prepare summary of inter-company payments.
? Time and attendance.
