We are looking for an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator for a renowned medical company in Port Elizabeth.
Requirements:
HR and Payroll qualifications / certification is advantageous
VIP Experience
ESS Experience
Must be highly computer literate
Duties:
Full payroll function
Assistant to HR Manager
Payroll for medical professionals, admin, cleaning, courier and service staff
Bonus tax provision
Staff Inductions
Prepare Annual HR Budgets
Staff benefits and investments via portals
Liaise with Benefits Consultants and Brokers
Ess (Employee Self-Service) Administrator
3rd party payments and recons
Monthly Recons
Sars monthly submission via Efiling
Annual and Bi-Annual recons and submissions
Allocate staff IRP5’s via ESS
Staff Exits
Monthly site visits at branches
Administer staff contracts
IOD’s and Splash incidents
Allocate electronic tel reports & deduct personal calls
Assist with Annual audits (external)
Salary benchmarking
Salary: R18 000 – R25 000 ctc per month
