Human Capital Manager related Degree is essential / HR Degree
With min. 8 - 10 years’ working experience in Human Resources
In depth working experience with HCM information systems and the implementation.
Must be and have excellent experience as a SAGE People 300 Expert/ Superuser this is essential
Exceptional planning and organising skills

Strong analytical +numerical ability
Excellent working exp. of all relevant labour legislation and practices
Execution and management of Administration (including leave management) and Benefits
Reporting and analytics,
Information system and automation
Procedures and policies, including standardisation and improvement thereof
Annual remuneration reviews
Performance reviews
Development and implementation of best practice HCM policies and procedures
Implementation of other HCM related projects
Provide guidance to stakeholders on employee relations matters
Mentoring and coaching of the team
