Minimum Requirements:

• Education, Training and Development Diploma
• Mine Overseer’s Certificate of Competency
• Blasting Certificate
• Registered Assessor and Moderator
• At least five years’ experience in the Human Resources Development field, in the mining environment
• At least five years’ experience in mining operations as a Mine overseer.
